The Admission process of non-Iranian students applying to study in University of Science and Technology of Mazandaran

Dear applicants who wish to continue their studies at Mazandaran University of Science and Technology, can send their application for registration along with the following documents to the email address international@mazust.ac.ir.

Required documents:

1- Scan of personal photo and first page of passport

2- Completed application form (Click for download)

2- All academic certificates and transcripts of previous degrees

3- Persian and English language certificates, if any

4- Resume for PhD applicants and other research documents

The process for reviewing applicants' files is as follows:

- Bachelor's and Master's degree documents:

1- Initial review of the registration application and documents;

2- Initial confirmation by the admissions office via email;

3- Registration in the Saorg system by applicants and receiving the Saorg code upon receiving the initial confirmation email by the applicant;

4- Confirmation of consular affairs and obtaining a no-objection code

5- Introduction to the Education Department for registration, tuition payment and obtaining a student number

- For PHD students:

1- Initial review of registration and documents

2- Initial approval of the Admissions Department

3- Sending applicants' documents to the relevant faculties for interview and file review

4- Deadline for announcing the final results of doctoral applicants by the relevant faculties

5- Registration in the Saorg system and receiving the Saorg code

6- Confirmation of consular affairs and obtaining a no-objection code

7- Introduction to the Education Department for registration in the system, tuition payment and obtaining a student number
