According to the Public Relations Office of University of Science and Technology of Mazandaran, following the final approval of the Council for Expansion and Planning of Higher Education, the university has received authorization to establish and admit students in Undergraduate Petroleum Engineering and Mechanical Engineering programs.
Currently, the university offers undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programs. At the undergraduate level, students are admitted in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, and Mathematics. With the addition of Petroleum and Mechanical Engineering, the total number of undergraduate programs at Mazandaran University of Science and Technology has now reached ten disciplines.
