University of Science and Technology of Mazandaran held the graduation ceremony for the 1399 and 1400 cohorts at the Shaheed Ayatollah Raisi Assembly Hall, coinciding with the birth anniversaries of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and Imam Jafar Sadiq (AS). The event was attended by students, their families, faculty, and university officials.
Dr. Ahmadreza Rabbani, University President, described the graduates as the “architects of Iran’s future”, emphasizing their potential roles in infrastructure, innovative technologies, environmental solutions, industrial productivity, and energy management. He highlighted that graduation marks the beginning of a lifelong learning journey, urging graduates to continue developing knowledge and skills.
Hojjatoleslam Heydari, Representative of the Supreme Leader at the university, stressed the importance of graduates contributing to society as transformative leaders, in line with the university’s mission to produce knowledge, educate scientists, and address national challenges.
The ceremony included live traditional and pop music, recognition of top students, presentation of graduation plaques, and concluded with graduates and their families capturing commemorative photographs.
